  • EUREKA!!!!!!!!



  • on a mission!

    Jenny and I love Ben and Jerry's, and our favorite flavor is Vermonty Python--coffee liquor ice cream with chocolate cookie crumb swirl and fudge cows (although, last time, she said she's converted to Imagine Whirled Peace--gasp!)


    For this last year, however, we have noticed that Vermonty Python has disappeared from the freezer shelves.  I check every time I'm at a grocery store, even when I was in Hawaii for our honeymoon!  Sadly,
    no Vermonty Python...

    But today, there appeared a glimmer of hope!  As I was perusing the Ben and Jerry's website (yes, I do that), I entered my new zip code into the flavor finder, which resulted in 5 stores in my area that supposedly have Vermonty Python in their inventory!!!  I hope this information is accurate!!  I'm going to go track down this ice cream, and then buy pints and pints! 

    I'm so excited!!!

  • Xanga or Blogspot?

    I've been vacillating between xanga and blogspot, and lately I've abandoned Indee500 for ceciandwayne.blogspot.com, mostly because blogspot is prettier... and feels more like "home", as ridiculous as that sounds.  First used as our wedding blog, ceciandwayne is now my sounding board for all my new adventures, including foibles and fumbles with home improvement projects (grr, SO frustrating!).

    But I'm reconsidering xanga again, because I feel a greater sense of connectivity here, since more people I know use it, and I like how xanga shows which friends have updated. 

    sooo... xanga or blogspot?  If I "move away", will you come visit?  My new address is www.ceciandwayne.blogspot.com.
